Frequently asked questions

How much does a dental CBCT scan cost?

From $900 MXN (4×4 or 5×5 cm field of view) to $1,700 MXN (16×10 cm), depending on the area your dentist needs to examine. See the price list. Prices subject to change without notice.

Do I need a referral from my dentist?

Yes. Your dentist specifies the type of study and the area of interest so the image shows exactly what your case needs.

What is the difference between a CBCT scan and an X-ray?

An X-ray gives a flat 2D image; a Cone Beam CT creates a three-dimensional model that can be analyzed slice by slice. Seethe full comparison.
